Question 1
The 2022 entry fee was $50. This generated a total of team cash prize pool of $1,600. For 2023, if the entry fee was increased by $12.50, the total team cash prize pool paid out to 5 teams (10 players) would increase from $1,600 to $2,000. This small increase in the entry fee would significantly enhance the team prizes paid out at the awards dinner. Also consider that players seeded 32, 31, 30, 29, 28 and 27 all were awarded cash prizes in the 2022 Directors Cup. What do you prefer?

Question 2
The 2022 Calcutta auction cash pool of $2,060 was to be paid 100% to the owner of the team that has the player who wins the Championship Flight. For 2023, would you like to see the total Calcutta pool split equally between two team owners that have the player who wins the Championship Flight and the player who wins the Premier Flight? We could also split the total Calcutta pool equally between three team owners: owner that has the player who wins the Championship Flight, the owner that has the player who wins the Premier Flight, and the owner of team whose players win the least number of games in the tournament. What do you prefer?

The 2022 Calcutta auction had eight teams comprised of four players. For 2023, if we split the total Calcutta pool, it would make sense to auction
sixteen teams comprised of two players. What do you prefer?

The 2022 Directors Cup picnic was held on Friday directly after the second tournament day of play ended at 3 PM. For 2023, the picnic could be
moved to Thursday and its start time moved up to 12 noon. What do you prefer?

Question 5
The 2022 gala awards dinner was held in a private room at the Legacy restaurant at Nancy Lopez country club. For 2023, should we keep same type of location for the gala awards dinner or consider making the dinner more casual at a private room in a restaurant or catered at a Rec Center? What do you prefer?

The matches in the Championship Flight ranged from 9 points to 17 points for the finals. The matches in the Premier Flight ranged from 7 points to 11 points. Keep Entry Fee for 2023 at $50. That would keep Team Cash prizes at $480, $400, $320, $240 and $160 with each teammate receiving half of the money.

Increase Entry Fee to $62.50. That would increase Team Cash prizes to $600, $500, $400, $300 and $200 with each teammate receiving half of the money.
